Eligibility for Refund:

Non-Responsiveness to Queries:

If a seller does not receive a response to their inquiries within a reasonable timeframe, they may be eligible for a refund. We understand the importance of timely communication.

Mistakes by ProSellers Team:

In the event that our team makes errors in the handling, packing, or delivery of orders, we acknowledge our responsibility and will offer compensation. However, a direct refund may not be applicable in such cases.
